The Staff is very friendly and attentive, wich makes up for some shortcomings of the resort. The rooms are located in small buildings within a beautiful park. Unfortunately, our first room was surrounded by plain sand, so we didn’t feel like sitting on the porch and asked for another room. After moving to a much nicer and greener location within the resort, we discovered that the fridge was missing from its cabinet. The outside of our building had fresh paint on the side facing the pathway, but not on the backside. Overall, we had the impression that the resort is a bit rundown and needs a general overhaul, but the staff did their best to make our stay pleasant.

Nous sommes restés qu’un seule jour (en août), mais nous avons apprécié l’expérience avec cet hôtel, qui invite la faune et la flore : jardin de papillon, potager, bassin de poisson, des vaches et une petite famille d’oie. Même de la piscine peut observer des différentes espèces d’oiseaux et chauve-souris, car elle déborde sur la nature. En période de mousson il ne faut pas hésiter d’aller profiter de la belle plage de sable ou de la piscine, car il peut pleuvoir plusieurs fois dans la journée, mais des beaux moments ensoleillés suivent directement. Toute l’équipe est à votre écoute et extrêmement serviable, même prévoyante. Tout les jardins sont régulièrement entretenues et notre cottage proche de la plage était propre. Les buffets sont très variés, à la carte cela a pris un peu plus de temps, mais cela valait le coup d’attendre, car la nourriture est excellent. L’hôtel est adapté à toute âge (air de jeux, ferme et piscine), même s’il faut surveiller les enfants de petit âge, car les mesures de sécurité ne sont pas comme les normes en Europe.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional, all genuine smiles. Were very surprised our laundry was complementary (we had a lot!). Food was very good, good variety available. Special requests were taken very seriously (no chillies and lactose intolerance for one) and staff was very attentive (everyone seemed aware of our requests). Pleasant area to walk around including the beautiful beach. Overall a great stay and we recommend.

كانت تجربة رائعة في هذا المنتجع الجميل أقمت في كوخ مع بركة السباحة. كل شيء رائع.. لم أرغب في الخروج من المنتجع لروعته الاثاث مريح ونظيف.. الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون وليبون الرغبات بسرعة.. موظفو المطعم سريعي الاستجابة للطلبات... كل الذين قابلتهم في المنتجع كانوا لطيفين ودائمي الابتسام منا أدخل الراحة النفسية لدينا

The Cottages, the Service of the Bell Boys and the Waiters in the Restaurant were quite good. The Ayurvedic Spa, however, left a lot to be desired right from the attitude of the Manager - Dr (?) Blessy to the atmosphere in the massage rooms. No blissful music, no aromatic smells, and the oils used were not hot enough. The food spread was okay - could definitely be better for a 4-star facility. The swimming pool was good but strangely enough the change rooms were a little walk away behind the Reception! Wonder why!

Resort was maintained well. The paths were always litter/leaves free considering the number of trees in the resort. Seats were clean and overall the gardens/trees were maintained well. Got to appreciate the team that is working behind it. The morning buffet was good and there was a good spread. It was tasty too. The restaurant staff was attentive and service was pretty good. The room service was prompt. The swimming pool was maintained well and we did use it. The activity room looked old. There was a carrom board, chess board and a table tennis board to play. Again these items looked old. The rooms felt old and it was difficult opening the main locks with the key provided. Same applies to the bathroom wooden doors too. It was difficult to open and close. Could be due to the cold/rainy weather. Bit of renovation/beautification to the rooms would definitely help. There was direct access to the beach and every time we went, there was a guard there to monitor which I found helpful. Sea was rough due to the rain. Also there were lot of stray dogs in the early morning hours and the guard was watchful of that too. Thanks to the resort team for maintaining the guard there. We did not use the Ayurveda and so cant talk about that. The service at the reception was good. Overall its a good calm place to stay. I would definitely come back but would like the resort team to take care of the doors & locks. May they could put a new one :).

We stayed for 7 nights after a ayurvedic treatment of 5 weeks. It was the perfect location to relax 🥰 the rooms and food where fantastic but what made this stay absolutly wonterful was the amazing and kind staff ♥️ also I can recommend this location to people who are in a wheelchair. Eveything was accessible for me exept the pool. The staff even helped me walk to the beach 🫶 Thank you again to to the staff which made this stay unforgetable ❤️
